LITTLE TIGERS (AGES 3-6)
This 30-minute class offered twice a week is the perfect introduction to martial arts for kids ages 3-5. Our Tigers class is designed for the energy levels and (short) attention spans of this adorable and challenging age group.
Each class offers a variety of games and activities that allow students to build skills such as: Listening and following instructions, physical endurance, emotional independence and perseverance.
YOUTH BEGINNERS (AGES 7-11)
Beginner classes are 45-minutes and include beginner forms, endurance drills, sparring, and team exercises. Students learn the building blocks they will need for more advanced training later. But they also learn how much fun training can be, with challenges, games and some friendly competition.
Self-defense, self-discipline and athletic development are core components of the youth training program.
YOUTH ADVANCED (7-11)
Youth advanced classes are 60-minutes long and focus on practical application and self-defense.

ADULTS
For adults, martial arts classes provide a fun and challenging exercise routine and offer a great alternative to traditional gym workouts. Our classes build strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination, and foster an overall sense of well-being.
Regardless of whether you want to study traditional taekwondo, learn self-defense techniques or simply become more physically fit and flexible, this program will help you achieve your goal. You develop increased endurance and muscle tone, improve balance, quicker reflexes, and most importantly, a greater sense of well-being. Keep in mind that no previous experience is required. And if you do have some experience in martial arts, this program is a great place to rediscover the many benefits of martial arts training.
TEENS
With all of the growing challenges facing our teens today, there has never been a better resource than martial arts classes to keep your teen happy and productively on track. Our specialized teen program will teach them both the physical and mental skills necessary to confidently avoid any form of unproductive confrontation in a safe, supportive environment. Your teen will be inspired through a mentor styled system of instruction that will highlight the rewards of self-discipline, self-respect, and personal accountability related to their day to day decision making. upport your teen with a safe, clean, structured and non-judgmental environment, so your teen feels safe to make mistakes, learn and grow
LEADERSHIP
Raise Leaders is the leadership program at Raeβs Academy of Taekwondo. It is woven into every class, camp day and special event. Students who embrace the Raise Leaders principals also serve their peers by helping in classes and around the dojang as well as within our community. Provide a positive social network and support group of like-minded individuals focused on health and personal development, so your teen feels as if they are a part of something special. Teach responsibility, so your teen knows what it is like to make responsible choices, but also be responsible and accountable to others. Instill discipline through a structured environment, so your teen can develop and mature into adulthood while learning and applying the martial arts
