OUR MISSION

As adults and community leaders, it is our job to create structure for our children. Even the most involved parents need a break sometimes. When your kids are with you full time, it makes sense to find activities that they can do while you are working and taking care of other responsibilities. Zoom martial arts lessons are an hour long and easy for kids to keep up with. Having a scheduled activity helps parents and kids feel that their day is structured and organized.

Kids have anxiety too! Regular exercise is an important component to good mental health. Kids who exercise often are less prone to intense stress. Zoom martial arts classes can help reduce stress and help kids manage anxiety. Martial Arts training focuses on a mind-body connection which can help kids feel emotionally and mentally grounded.

MICHELLE DUONG

Zoom Martial Arts training teaches students discipline through tradition, structure, formality and goal setting. Attending classes requires a commitment and sticking to it. Additionally, students will have stripe tests, belt tests and other goal challenges that will help them to develop self-esteem. Many behavioral problems caused by a lack of discipline can make kids feel frustrated, lower their self-esteem and create a never-ending negative cycle. With guidance from our qualified instructors, students can break the cycle through fun activities and positive encouragement.
